ABOUT OUR HEAD COACH & OWNER

ANTHONY PIETSCH

After a long search to find the camaraderie, excitement, skill,-development and grit that he'd experienced in team sports, Anthony discovered CrossFit. A year after joining a CrossFit Gym, he chose to follow his passion for helping others and signed up to take the CF-L1 course, was able to become a bigger part of the CrossFit community and never looked back.

 

Since taking on the Level 1, Anthony has been fortunate enough to guide athletes to a fitter lifestyle and see firsthand the amazing changes that can be experienced with the CrossFit methodologies.  He has coached since 2013 through various positions, attained the CF-L2, and can't wait to open his own affiliate location to continue to grow and provide a health and fitness space for his Atlanta community.

At CrossFit Graphene we combine the most effective aspects of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and Endurance training to provide the best formula for fitness. Become fitter for life, have fun learning new skills, and learn more about yourself in a challenging and positive environment! 

 

You do not need to be fit to start CrossFit. 

When you begin training, a supportive CrossFit coach will teach you how to move and adjust all workouts to your current fitness level.

It is our goal to prepare our athletes for the unknown and unknowable conditions of their lives. We accomplish this by exposing our athletes to a broad range of stimulus to elicit a broad range of adaptation.
